MasterBUILT has developed 7 Microtel properties in partnership with Indigenous hotel investors, including collaborations involving multiple bands. By offering a full-service turnkey solution, we make hotel investment easier and more financially rewarding.

Municipal Partnerships

MasterBUILT opened a new Microtel in PEI in partnership with the City of Summerside. By connecting the hotel to Credit Union Place (a sports, recreation and entertainment complex), the City’s goal is to become a top regional destination for tournament, event and concert travel.
